This Privacy Policy explains how BELL (“BELL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit thebell.cc (the “Website”) or join the BELL waitlist (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

The Website does not place cookies or similar technologies on your device for visitors, and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Because we do not track you across websites, we do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

6. How We Share Your Personal Data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our behalf and only as necessary to provide their services:

Hosting providerVirtual server hosting in Kazakhstan, where our database and server logs are stored.
ResendEmail delivery. Receives your email address and the content of the emails we send you.
TelegramInternal notifications to our team. Each new registration is posted to a private chat, including the email address, waitlist position, referral codes, pricing answer, headline version, IP address and time of registration.
Google LLC (Google Fonts)Font delivery. Your browser requests fonts directly from Google, which receives your IP address.
unpkgDelivery of open-source code libraries used by the Website. Your browser requests these directly, and the host receives your IP address.

We may also disclose personal data (a) where required by law, regulation, legal process or a governmental request; (b) to protect the rights, property or safety of BELL, our users or others; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. International Data Transfers

Our server is located in Kazakhstan, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. These countries may not provide the same level of data protection as the country in which you live. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our service providers, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify people on the waitlist by email before the changes take effect.
